Love Is – 1 Corinthians 13
After studying Biblical love for two years and teaching it in Bible studies, I have decided to write my first book outside of the music industry. I have written sixteen books to date, but all of them trumpet or jazz related. So I’m excited about stepping outside of that circle to write about a subject that is very important to me which is applicable to many people’s lives (and not just trumpet players).
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
The following list of posts will be updated as I work my way through the famous Love Is list:
- Intro I – What Love Isn’t
- Intro II – Love Fulfills the Law
- Love Is Patient
- Love Is Kind
- Love Doesn’t Envy
